Vegan & Keto Bulletproof Coffee
- 1 1/2 cup brewed coffee
- 3 tablespoons homemade almond milk (or store bought)
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon raw cacao butter (~5g)
- 1 teaspoon raw cacao powder
- Optional: sweetener of choice, such as maple syrup or raw agave nectar
High speed blender (I use a Vitamix)
- Place all your ingredients in a high speed blender and blend for 3-4 minutes.That’s it! Enjoy!
P.S. If you would like an oil free recipe, double the raw cacao butter & do not include the coconut oil. I’ve tried this and it still tastes delicious!
