So guess what. Avocados are actually FRUITS! Yep, seriously!

Avos are the only fruit that has a substantial amount of healthy monosaturated fatty acids. To us regular folk, this just means “good fat.” Avos also have tons of natural great vitamins and minerals. As a raw vegan, I rely on avos for my healthy or “good” fat intake. I eat 1 entire avo a day!

I would also encourage everyone interested in healthy or raw eating to consider cold pressed avo oil (instead of cold pressed olive oil…but honestly I’m not knowledgeable enough to know why or if either is better, I just think not everyone knows that avo oil exists!).
