Raw Veganism

To me, raw veganism is a lifestyle. A raw vegan like myself eats only whole foods like raw veggies, fruits, nuts, nut pastes, grain and legume sprouts, seeds, plant oils, sea veggies, herbs, mushrooms, and of course, fresh juices. A raw vegan is basically a vegan who doesn’t cook their food above 118 degrees F (48 degrees C).

As you can imagine, raw vegans and vegans alike do not eat any products of animal origin, including foods such as honey.
